The opening, scheduled for Thursday, October 28, at 21 pm in the Teatro San Martín (Avenida Sarmiento and Dolls), will feature the renowned filmmaker Fernando Birri, the father of the New Latin American Cinema and José Luis Castiñeira of God , who as head of the Orchestra and Choir of the Province implemented the soundtrack of the movie "The Rigor of Destiny" (Vallejo), musical piece composed by him.
