White Wifesgoing Black




seems that my legs have recovered well from the Ultra Trail reventadita Xtrem GR-10 last Saturday.
This weekend has played running twice:
- Attends 10km Polinyà
- Cross St Sebastian (Sabadell) - 5'4km
Yes, going from one extreme to another ... Ultradistance a "little" background. "

In Polinyà, so that the little run was at 12:00. Would have to be all at that hour in winter. Why be cold at 10 am and can run with a few degrees over a little later?
In Polinyà, the intention was to test and improve time last year. So get to work. And the work went well! 1 minutes 45 seconds less than the previous year and remaining 7 th position.

Today, Sunday, seeing the good feelings of yesterday, hoping to go ahead on the Cross. Not that I've tried it (reaching to be a first on the Km.1 ratillo) but the legs have had enough and making a twin threats of climbing, I opted to slow down and a decent finish. In the end, 12. CLASSIFICATION

The feeling was bad compared to yesterday, but it was normal. After the tight yesterday and today had to notice. If we add that we have run to -1 º C, and I'm a little shit when it's cold not bad!

This short week has left a total of: 8km Swim, Bike approx 100km (roller + static), 39km Run.
