Another great weekend of skiing

last weekend played "active rest." 11h ski. The week was in: 80km running, 5h stationary bike and swimming 9km.
quickie I'm starting to swim in a time in the 500m series would never have imagined. I'm still not a "pro" that say swimming, but gradually improved.
